The trainings conducted by Spectre Marine on the international arena is somewhat completely bound to the needs and wishes of the client. The expression “custom made” is used by more or less every company today, which most often means “very expensive”. However, in the case of Spectre trainings, this is not true. Why is that..?
Economic aspect of customization
Since Spectre Marine has a vast diversity among the employees, the needs of the client can at almost all times be fulfilled without the need of external competence. Furthermore, our experiences from previous clients have left us with an enormous amount of knowledge regarding effective allocation of resources. Finally, the training contents are decided through a continuous discussion combining training targets and economical aspects. In this way, the client receives a Spectre training with aims set at achieving results with the help of relevant means and knowledge, not primed by financial blow backs and empty promises as after math. Or, in other words, measuring training quality is simple: expensive, inadequate trainings make clients disappear. Spectre’s list of clients are not only diverse but show in many cases a reoccuring phenomenon. To us, that is an obvious indication of providing the highest of quality.
Training setup
The setup of a specific training may sound time demanding. However, this is all but necessary. You as a client do not even have to set up a specific set of goals; this can be done by Spectre from the aspects of client background knowledge, time and/or economical framework and geographical prerequisites. The provisional schedule and training contents are then discussed with the client in order to reach a final decision. About this time, details regarding distribution of boats, auxiliary equipment etc are decided, often based on Spectre’s experiences regarding international (diplomatic) affairs and economical benefits of the client. Finally, Spectre arrives at the client’s site, executing a training that will once again challenge The Statement.
